Pro Investment Properties Christmas Ball 2025 - A Night to Remember at Gisborough Hall

On 5th December 2025, Pro Investment Properties had the absolute honour of hosting our biggest and most memorable Annual Christmas Ball yet, held at the breathtaking Gisborough Hall. With over 200 guests filling the room in full black-tie elegance, the evening was a celebration of success, growth, partnership, and the incredible community that has supported us from day one.

From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was nothing short of electric. Fire dancers set the tone at the entrance, creating a stunning visual welcome. Inside, things got even more exciting as attendees were greeted by a Gordon Ramsay look-alike and a Ricky Gervais impersonator, both of whom kept spirits high throughout the night and even helped present our awards.

Supporting the PFC Trust

This year, we were extremely proud to support The PFC Trust, a charity doing incredible work across Teesside. We were privileged to invite their team as our special guests for the evening and to contribute a set of generous raffle prizes, including:

1st Prize: His & Hers Cartier Watches

2nd Prize: Ramside Hall Spa Experience

3rd Prize: £200 Tomahawk Steakhouse Voucher

4th Prize: Luxury M&S Christmas Hamper

The raffle was a huge success, with plenty of excited winners and even more people generously supporting the cause.

An Evening Filled With Entertainment

Guests enjoyed a beautifully prepared three-course meal, a free bar, and a collection of heartfelt speeches from both our Pro Investment team and representatives from The PFC Trust. These moments added meaning to the night and highlighted just how far the company and our community has come.

Midway through the evening, everyone stepped outside for a stunning firework display over the grounds, a highlight that had the whole crowd watching in awe. As we returned indoors, the atmosphere reached a whole new level with an incredible performance from vibrant carnival dancers, bringing colour, energy, and a party vibe that kept the dance floor full until the very end.
